The Secret To Fighting Irritable Bowel - Latest Research

My doctor decided I had "irritable bowel syndrome" a couple of years ago. I don't think that diagnosis was particularly precise; IBS was just a good-enough fit for my symptoms and gave us something to call my abdominal problems. IBS seems to be a catch-all diagnosis for anyone with abdominal pain and bowel problems of unknown origin.
